Youtube

Music is a big thing in both Cayley and I's life. Niether of us play instruments, and I can't say either of us are exceptionally talented singers, but (and there's a but!) we both love music! The way people can tell stories through songs is amazing, and the way they can make you feel so emotional (whether it be sad, happy, excited or angry) is amazing.

Yes, we buy from Itunes, and we have stackfulls of CD's, but the main way we listen to our music is from Youtube, because it's so easy to access, and it's free! I think Youtube might take over the world one day...!

Not only can you listen to your favourite artists' vevo's (their official Youtube channel's where they post mainly official music videos) but you can also discover fresh talent. Lots of people post on youtube to be discovered, and to find out what the public reaction of them is. Some people even get signed to record labels, but unfortunately others become worldwide sensations for all the wrong reasons (as in they CAN'T sing).YouTube homeYouTube home
Music isn't the only thing you'll find on youtube though, you can find people who rant on about the latest happenings, you'll find people doing make-up tutorials and you can find full episodes of programmes (I learnt this in Modern Studies when we started watching 'Locked Up Abroad' via Youtube.) but what I really love about Youtube are people who go by the title of Youtubers.

Sam Pepper, Mazi Maz and JacksGap are all exampes of good Youtubers (go check them out at the end of the blog!) I also really like the Janoskians, but I wouldn't exactly class myself as a fan...

Youtubers do interesting videos, which are sometimes about certain challenges you may have heard of-Salt and Ice, chubby bunny, cinnamon challenge etc. They also have very interesting subjects, for example Sam Pepper went and found a homeless man to interview, and JacksGap done a video featuring his twin brother!
I've always thought it would be pretty cool to do youtube videos, but NOT the singing or anything like that!

Heres some links to some of my favourite videos on youtube...

So that's five for you, I hope you enjoyed this blog, don't forget to check us out on Twitter!
